Theme imposed: In a helpmate in three moves, one black piece makes two moves, and one white piece makes two moves. At least two phases are required. Additional requirements: Pieces making two moves (thematic pieces) must be different in different phases. The remaining pieces, which make one move each, can be the same in both phases, but they must be different from the thematic pieces in the other phase.
